Refund policy
Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation
JD Trendsetter LLC accepts returns of all products, including opened, unopened, used, sale and promotional items, for a full refund when you request a return within 30 days after delivery. Original packaging, tags and unused condition are not required. There are no sale-item or promotional-item exclusions and no restocking fees.
How to request and send a return
- Within 30 days after delivery, email support@jdtrendsetter.com or call (866) 205-3880. Include your order number, name, the items you wish to return and your contact details. If you cannot find your order number, contact us for help locating your purchase.
- Call (866) 205-3880 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before sending the product back. We will provide the RMA and return instructions. Include the RMA with your return so we can identify and process it. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost and should use a tracked shipping service. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, JD Trendsetter LLC pays return shipping and provides a prepaid return label. Return-shipping costs do not reduce the full refund of the product price and applicable taxes.
- Pack the items securely and follow the return instructions. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is received.

Full refunds
We will notify you when your return arrives and issue your full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned items. For a full-order return, the refund includes the amount paid for the products, applicable taxes and original shipping charges. We do not deduct restocking fees. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after our refund confirmation, contact us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us resolve the issue, but contact us even if you cannot provide them. We will arrange a return, replacement or full refund as appropriate. These items remain covered by the 30-day return policy.
Order cancellation
To cancel an order, email support@jdtrendsetter.com with the subject "Cancel order" and your order number, or call (866) 205-3880. Include the name and email address used at checkout. Request cancellation as soon as possible.
If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. We will confirm the cancellation by email. If your order has already shipped, call (866) 205-3880 to obtain an RMA, then ship the product back following our return instructions under the 30-day policy above. A cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive our response; contact us if you need help checking its status.
